Five tiers, wholesale price that improves with your base
You start as an Affiliate, referring customers and earning commission. In the reseller tiers you buy per server at a wholesale price and set the final price: the larger the base of servers you manage, the better the wholesale.
Affiliate
Refer customers with your link and earn 20% of what each one pays, for as long as they keep paying. No reselling and no charge to you.
Starter
First resale level: you subscribe to Arkame and pay the wholesale price per server — your servers and all your clients’, in a single subscription. What you charge each client is your call, with your own invoice.
Silver
Better wholesale price as the base of servers you manage grows.
Gold
Wider wholesale for established books of business.
Platinum
Best wholesale price for large volumes, with terms agreed case by case.
Levels follow the number of active servers you manage: they go up as soon as volume justifies it and only go down after two consecutive months below the band. The final price to your client is yours. Full rules in the Partner Program Terms.
Recurring commission or resale margin
Recurring, not one-shot
As an Affiliate, the commission is 20% of what the referred customer pays, every month they keep paying — not only on the first sale. It is calculated monthly, on the first day of the following month.
Wholesale pricing
At the resale levels you pay the subscription per server at wholesale and charge your client whatever you agree with them, keeping the difference. Wholesale comes in your country’s currency: reais in Brazil, US dollars elsewhere.
How commission is paid
Commission is calculated on what the referred customer actually paid, net of card fees, and first offsets your own subscription. The rest accumulates and is paid from US$ 20 (R$ 100 for partners in Brazil) — by international transfer, or PIX in Brazil — against your invoice. To keep accumulating, you need to bring at least one new server every 60 days, and a balance left untouched for 24 months expires.
How the money flows in resale
You subscribe to Arkame and pay wholesale for each server in your portfolio.
You bill your clients at the price you set, with your own invoice.
The difference is yours; your clients’ backups keep running while your subscription is in good standing.
Referral works differently: the customer belongs to Arkame and pays Arkame, and your 20% commission is computed every month.
Your brand: the panel with your face on it
Your customers use the panel with your name, logo and color. System emails still go out in Arkame's name.
Branding in the panel
Your company's logo, name, and colors applied to the interface clients use to configure backups and restore files.
BYOS underneath
The foundation stays BYOS: the bucket and credentials belong to the end client. You deliver the experience; no one is held hostage over their data.
Custom domain — not yet
The panel stays at save.arkame.app, with your brand applied. Serving it on a subdomain of yours is open work with no date.
